1hr Sessions Confidence/ Lifestyle coaching is designed to help raise your self-esteem, self-image, and develop a positive outlook in life. During this session, you "Divine Coach" works with you to cultivate self-awareness and a mentality of resilience in your approach to creating and growing your confidence. Your Divine Coaches will challenge you to be accountable for your self-development and to increase your self-belief through practical application of the concepts, thoughts and techniques discussed during each session.
